Acceptance of Terms

By tapping "I agree" when you first message Carry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Carry is a personal assistant service that helps you manage your daily tasks and information through WhatsApp. Features include shopping lists, calendar management, expense tracking, fitness logging, reminders, notes, recipes, and more.

AI Processing

Carry uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process your messages and perform actions on your behalf. By using the service, you acknowledge that:

• Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers to understand your requests and perform actions.
• Voice messages are transcribed to text using AI speech recognition.
• Photos you send may be analyzed by AI to extract information such as receipt data or recipes.
• AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You should verify important information independently.

User Accounts

Your account is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Carry.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Send automated or bulk messages to the service.
• Use the service to store highly sensitive information such as passwords, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Carry offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at $9.99/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment by emailing support@carry.chat. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through Stripe to your original payment method. No refunds are available for partial billing periods after the 7-day window.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Carry is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Carry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We work to keep Carry available around the clock but may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Carry at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting data deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
